Jenny, one of the Switchers based at Switch@Sunway Carnival Mall, has been nominated as our Switch Superstar of the month. She has been nominated for her outstanding performances in both sales and daily duties.

Q: First of all, congratulations for being nominated as June 2009’s Switch Superstar! So tell us a bit about yourself, where are you from, your age, what do you do beside working at Switch, you know, the personal stuff.
J: Gratitude. That’s the only word I could express now. And also a special thanks to the company. I felt that it’s not a sole individual work but in fact it’s a cohesive teamwork from all the Switchers especially those working at Switch@ Sunway Carnival Mall. Hmm… About me, nothing much to say in words. I’m 21 and currently pursuing engineering course in Penang. Basically, I just love gadgets and movies. You might find me hanging around the cinema too. 
Q: When did you join Switch, and what made you join?
J: 9 February 2009, it’s the day I become a Switcher. I joined Switch because I’ve always liked gadgets and high-tech electronic devices. Hence, I took this job as a challenge to acquire and know more about Apple products.
Q: Please describe your typical day at work.
J: Assisting customers and basically telling them why they will love a Mac.
Q: What is your favourite part of working at Switch?
J: It has to be the Switchers I get to know at work! 
Q: Can you share with us the most important thing that you’ve learned from working at Switch?
J: There are a lot of things that I’ve learned after joining Switch. Too many that I don’t even know where to start. I think probably the most important thing is to appreciate (the effort of) your co-workers.
Q: What advice would you give to other Switchers (your colleagues) at work?
J: One word- teamwork!
