Tzy, a Switcher based at Switch@Sunway Carnival Mall, Penang, is fairly new as a Switcher. He is, however, being described as a responsible Switcher who is capable of attending and assisting different type of customers and requests at all times.

Q: First of all, congratulations for being nominated as December 2009’s Switch Superstar! So tell us a bit about yourself, where are you from, your age, what do you do beside working at Switch, you know, the personal stuff.
T: I’m a 22 year-old guy from Butterworth, Penang. I am currently pursuing my studies in electronic engineering in Penang. During my free time, I like to spend time modifying and adding features to my line following robot. Occasionally I also like to spend time playing online games.
Q: When did you join Switch, and what made you join?
T: I became a Switcher on 7 July 2009. I used to be a Windows-based technician. Being known as one of the best OS-s in the world, Mac OS X has got me curious about it, hence joining Switch to learn more about Mac and Apple’s products.
Q: Please describe your typical day at work.
T: At work, I love to share everything I know about Apple’s products with customers. I love to know when customers are falling in love with these great products.
Q: What is your favourite part of working at Switch?
T: My favourite part has to be talking talk customers and try my best to solve the problems they are having.
Q: Can you share with us the most important thing that you’ve learned from working at Switch?
T: Smile. It’s one of the most beautiful values that I’ve learned from working at Switch. With this in mind, I am always reminding myself to smile. 
Q: What advice would you give to other Switchers (your colleagues) at work?
T: Here is a small clue to share. Don’t panic no matter what the situation is. This will reduce the chances of making a mistake.
