Hi, May I know where can I obtain the complete list with details of the items on auction? And what does End-of-life product mean? Thanks. Happy Holidays!

Hi Mandy. We are working on finalising the auction list. The items published here are the highlights of the auction.
‘End-of-life models’ refers to previous generation models that is no longer sold by Apple. Most of them are sealed and unopened units, unless specified as ‘demo’.

1. some of the item under auction still got warranty
time, but some is nil ? why?
2. is the auction item is full complete product ?
December 19th, 2009 at 2:36 pm
Hi Chuah. Those without/with 3-month warranty are demo units. Those with full one year warranty are sealed and unopened units.
Yes all auction items come with complete set, with the accessories that originally come together with them.

Hi there. I would like to inquire about the operating system for the MacBook Alluminium. Will it be running on the latest Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard? If not, will it be provided for free?
Thanks for your time.

Hi Ronson. The MacBook Aluminum came originally with Mac OS X 10.5 but will be upgraded to Mac OS X 10.6.

Hi there again. I would like to inquire a few more questions about the MacBook Alluminium. Will iLife 09 be included in the package for free? Also, will the install/restore DVDs for the Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard be given after the upgrading?
Thank you again for your time.

Hi Ronson. iLife 09 should be pre-installed in the MacBook Aluminum. Otherwise, we’ll upgrade it for free. Additional installer disks will not be included in the auction.

I’m interested in the iPod Touch 8gb. How will the bidding procedure be like? Am I supposed to submit a price, and then compete with the rest for it?
December 23rd, 2009 at 10:24 am
Hi Vincent. Yes, that’s the auction style. For iPod touch 8GB, every bid increment is RM10.
