Pre-order the iPhone Xs and Xs Max

We received a lot of enquires about pre-order for iPhone Xs and Xs Max, hence we prepared this blogpost for your easy understanding. Hope this helps.

1) When and where can I preorder the iPhone Xs and Xs Max?
The Pre-Order starts on the 19th October (Friday) at 3:01pm.
You may pre-order your iPhone via our Online Store (https://switch.com.my/iphone/) or walk in to any of our nationwide outlets nearest to you (location: https://switch.com.my/our-outlets/)

2) How many iPhones can I pre-order each time?
You may only pre-order one of each iPhone model at a time.
(i.e One Unit of iPhone Xs and One unit of iPhone Xs Max)

3) How can I receive my preordered iPhone?
IF you pre-ordered your iPhone via our Online Store, you have the option of either having it delivered to the address of your choice, or self-pickup at any our nationwide outlets, upon checkout. If you are staying in PJ and Subang area, you may opt for our same day delivery option. Please see this link here

IF you pre-ordered your iPhone at our outlet, you only have the option of coming by the same outlet to self pickup your pre-order on the launch day.

4) Can I trade in my old phone for preorder?
Yes, you may trade in your old phone during your pre-order. However, you have to surrender your old phone to us on the spot during your pre-order. Please see trade in details here https://switch.com.my/trade-in/

5) Can I purchase with credit card instalment plan during preorder?
Yes, we accept credit card instalment with most major credit card in Malaysia. Installment is available only at our retail outlets. Please see this link for more info https://switch.com.my/instalmentplan/

6) How much do I need to pay to place a pre order?
Full payment is needed for your pre order

Courier Option (Online Store Pre-Order):

1) When can I receive my iPhone via Courier?
Your pre-ordered iPhone will reach you within 5 working days after the launch day of the iPhone (26th October) for West Malaysia, and within 7 working days for East Malaysia.

2) I receive my iPhone via courier but I noticed there is something wrong with my iPhone. What do I do?
In the unlikely event you notice any defect on your new iPhone the moment you unbox it, please proceed to our nearest Service Centres (https://switch.com.my/service-center/) or the nearest outlet to you (https://switch.com.my/our-outlets/)

Self Pickup (Online Store & Outlet Pre-Order):

1) When can I self pickup my iPhone and what do I have to bring?
If you placed your pre-order at any of our outlets, you may begin to pickup your iPhone on the launching day onwards (26th October).

If you placed your pre-order via Online Store before 23rd October and selected self-pickup, you may begin to pickup your iPhone on the launching day onwards (26th October).

However, if you place your pre-order after 23rd October via the Online Store and selected self-pickup, you may only pickup your iPhone on the 29th October onwards only (subject to stock availability).

Please note that you only have 48 Hours to pickup your iPhone, upon the start of collection date (26th October / 29th October).
Please do bring your original IC and Confirmed Order Email copy for verification.

2) Can I send someone else on my behalf to self pickup my iPhone?
No. You yourself must be present during the self-pickup.

3) What happens if I don’t pickup my iPhone within 48 hours of the launch day?
Your iPhone unit will be released back as a selling unit and your payment will be refunded back to you within 7 working days.
